High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the walk in cooler on the bottom shelf, cucumbers stored inside of single service carry out bag. Operator removed the cucumbers to a metal storage container. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Open employee beverage stored on prep counter on the main cook line by the hand wash sink and reach in drink cooler. Operator relocated the beverage to the proper storage location. Corrected On-Site

In the walk in cooler, employee personal food in metal container properly labeled as employee food but stored over containers of food to be server to customers. Operator relocated the employee food container to the bottom shelf. Corrected On-Site
