Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Current license number not on exterior of unit.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters and back wall over fryers soiled with black soot and grease accumulation.

High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Nonfood-grade storage bins in reach-in cooler.

Intermediate - Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. A/C drain line feeds into handwashing sink.

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Labels and label residue on food bins in reach-in cooler and on food bins on storage shelf
