Funnel cake batter 65F on the counter Hot dogs 53F and 46F, raw ground beef 52F in upright reach in cooler. Air temperature 1.5 hours prior 38F. At time of Inspection 50-58F. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-06-12: Hot dogs 49F, corn dogs 49F, sliced cheese 46F. In upright cooler overnight. Operator has ice bags on the hots dogs and stated he has been in and out of cooler to stock. Moved items to reach in freezer. Admin Complaint
