Green beans were being prepped in the dining room. The dining room had carpet and non cleanable ceiling tiles. Food prep must take place in an approved area.

Fly strips were hanging in the kitchen upon arrival. Fly strips may not be used in the kitchen.

The screen door in the kitchen is not tight fitting. The screen door must be replaced with a tight fitting door or a door sweet added to the bottom to fill the gap.

Single service articles are stored on drink crates in the carpeted dining room. Single service articles must be stored on proper shelving in an area designated for single service article storage.

The shelving throughout the kitchen is unclean with rust, grease, dust and food debris. The shelving must be cleaned more often to prevent the accumulation of grease, dust and food debris or the shelving must be replaced.

The floors, walls and ceiling in the kitchen are unclean with food debris, dust and grease. The floors, walls and ceiling must be cleaned more thoroughly to prevent the accumulation of food debris, dust and grease.
