4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Chlorine sanitizer concentration is too low (below 50ppm) in spray bottle. Corrective Action - chlorine sanitizer must be kept at the manufacturer's recommended levels (50 - 100ppm). Person in charge emptied spray bottle and refilled with sanitizer at the appropriate concentration.
