Creamer (contains milk) in creamer dispenser cold holding at 47F and above 41F. CA - All TCS (time/temperature control for safety) food must be cold held at 41F or below. Person in charge discarded creamer cold holding at creamer dispenser.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Creamer dispenser not in good repair and not cold holding at 41F or below. Creamer dispenser ambient temperature is 48F. Person in charge called engineer to repair creamer dispenser and put an "out of order" sign on dispenser.
