Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Milk in walk in cooler with no date mark and held over 24 hours. Person in charge said milk was opened on 3/28/26. Person in charge discarded milk with no date mark. Corrective Action - All ready to eat cold held foods must be date marked with 7 day max hold if held over 24 hours.

Gaps observed along side of side door, and threshold or rear door. Cover, fill or seal gaps.
