Paper towels were not available at the kitchen hand sink. the paper towels were replaced. All hand sinks must be stocked with paper towels.

Cups were used to dispense bulk food items. Scoops with handles must be used to dispense bulk food products. The cups were removed and scoops with handles placed in the product.

A knife was stored between the prep coolers. Knives must be stored in an approved location. The knife was removed and washed.

Single use soy sauce containers were being used to store bulk dry food. Food grade containers must be used to store bulk food items. Sterilite containers are not approved.

Cardboard was being used as a shelf liner. The cardboard was discarded. Plastic or another cleanable material may be used as a shelf liner.
