Observed hand sink in front service area and main kitchen without paper towels.
CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels.
COS: PIC added paper napkins to sinks.

Observed tea pitcher being dumped into hand washing sink in front service area.
CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS: PIC cleaned out hand sink.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed counter tops in main kitchen area with food debris. Observed black residue on sides inside ice machine in main kitchen area.
CA: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
COS: PIC cleaned counter tops and sides of ice machine.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed ice build up and food debris/trash on the floor in walk in freezer in the main kitchen area.
CA: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

- The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
