Observed bulk ice machine with pink build up. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC wiped and sanitized ice dispensing portion with build up before leaving.

Observed employee cup and employee personal food stored on dry stock shelving above facility single service items. CA: All employee personal items shall be stored in order to prevent potential contamination of facility food or equipment. COS: PIC relocated items.
