Observed hand sink immediate to walking in kitchen with no soap. CA: Each hand washing sink should be provided with a hand cleansing soap at all times COS: PIC had employee replace soap

Observed ice bin and soda machine drink nozzles in the drive thru area with excessive build up. Observed soda machine drink nozzles in the lobby with excessive build up. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch and cleaned at a frequency to maintain that cleanliness to sight and touch
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed an opened container of half n half stored in front reach-in cooler with no date label. Employee stated that it was opened on Friday for a mothers day special item CA: RTE/TCS foods must be marked with a date label once opened if being held over 24hrs. COS: PIC discarded the undated item
