See temp logs. Ambient air thermometers inside the coolers were reading 44F. CA: Cold held TCS foods shall maintain an internal temperature of at least 41F or below. COS: Foods were out of temp for more than 4 hours and PIC discarded. Maintenance adjusted the thermostat setting of the coolers. PIC will monitor temps to ensure proper temperature is maintained.
