CA: The new box of wings and the chicken alfredo was out of temp for less than 4 hours and relocated to the freezer to rapidly cool. The older box of wings was out of temperature for an unknown amount of time and was discarded. PIC will educate employees and make sure TCS foods are not stored in the proofer.
