Observed opened gallon of milk in reach-in cooler with no date mark from facility ; manufacture expiration date was 11/1/25. CA: All foods held in facility for 24hrs require a date mark; foods requiring date mark should not exceed 7days or manufactures date. COS: PIC discarded milk

Observed food employee place raw meat on the grill, change her gloves, and then handle bread slices without first washing her hands. CA: Instructed PIC that hands must be washed and gloves changed after handling raw meats and before handling ready to eat foods, shared utensils, or foods requiring a lower cook temperature. Food employee immediately washed her hands, put on new gloves and discarded bread.

CA: Instructed PIC that hands must be washed and gloves changed after handling raw meats and before handling ready to eat foods, shared utensils, or foods requiring a lower cook temperature. Food employee immediately washed his hands and put on new gloves.
