Observed current inspection report not posted in the lobby or in the drive thru window. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Establishments with drive thru windows must have at least the top portion of the current inspection report posted allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. COS: PIC given two printed copies of the inspection report and will display upon receipt.

Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods (milks, creams, sandwich) improperly cold holding above 41 degrees F in several reach in coolers in working area. CA: Discussed with PIC, items were not out of temp for longer than 4 hours. Items placed in cooler to rapidly cool. Discussed placing working containers back into coolers after each use to ensure proper cold holding temps are maintained.

Observed ice machine not maintained clean to sight and touch. Observed visible build-up on interior flap. CA: Informed PIC of need to drain ice machine and thoroughly clean interior.
