Observed time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in a reach in cooler in front of the grill. COS: Cheese and ranch moved to freezer to drop temperature fast. Maintenance shall be called to repair reach in/prep-top cooler before it is used again.
