Observed several linens and mattress covers stained in the rooms. PIC stated she will reclean or replace stain items as needed

Observed no annual gas fired equipment inspection on file. Inspection was due in June of 2025. Inspection was scheduled today. Owner will email once completed to Carly.Harper@dph.ga.gov

Observed debris on floors in rooms checked. Ensure floors are properly cleaned including under furnishings and around corners. PIC stated cracked and peeling paint and ceilings in rooms 120, 122, and 106 are going to be repaired. Floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and doors shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean
