Observed PH levels at 7.0 after testing 3 times using two different pool kits. (2) Chemical Values: pH 7.2 7.4-7.6 7.8 Alkalinity (buffering), 60 ppm 80-100 halogens compounds with high pH 180 ppm as CaC03 100-120 halogen compounds with low pH Calcium hardness, ppm, CaCo3 150 200-400 to balance water 1000. EHS informed the GM (on-site) and the CPO(via txt).

Observed flow meter not reading; float piece is stuck. A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. EHS informed the PIC(on-site) and the CPO (via txt) to have flow meter fixed.

Observed deck shower leaking water in various areas as water was introduced into the shower tower. (17) A minimum of one rinse shower shall be provided on the pool deck of all public pools and spas. Water used for rinse showers may be at ambient temperature. EHS informed the PIC and CPO of the need to fix the shower.

Observed low alkalinity levels. EHS informed the PIC and CPO of the need to balance the water chemistry.

Observed drinking fountain not producing a water flow. EHS informed the PIC(on-site) and the CPO(via txt) that the drinking fountain was not working.
