Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf
A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or
A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
PIC replaced necessary components at each station.
EHS observed bulk ice machine with buildup of biofilm on internal baffle touching ice.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch
PIC removed baffle for on-site sanitizing. PIC is to maintain routine cleaning schedule that includes ice machine components.

PIC to discard unused equipment, utensils, etc. or move to appropriate location. EHS advised PIC to swap employee locker area with loading dock area for storage.
