EHS observed mold like substance in ice machine.
CA-PIC needs to make sure that the ice machine is being cleaned routinely. 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations.

EHS observe a few personal items unproperly stored in the facility. EHS observed a car key placed on the food window. Also there were victoria secret "pink" landyard stored beside the single use items by the drive thru window..

CA-PIC need to make sure that the ice maker needs to be cleaned routinely to reduce mold like substance to appear.
