EHS requested for the gas-fire equipment inspection. PIC did not have the documents accessible.
CA-PIC needs to get a certified plumber to complete the annual gas-fire inspection report for the property.
511-6-2-.15(5) - Heating and Fire Safety-Inspection All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency

Room 413-hair on the mattress pad. Room 303-stain on the mattress pad.
CA-PIC needs to make sure that housekeeping is making sure that each clean room bed must be free from any debris and stains.

Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens.
