Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed no handsoap present at the handsink in the green room, only hand sanitizer. (a) Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Pf EHS informed PIC of the need to place handsoap at the sink.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed plastic cambros and pans stored in various areas of the facility with debri or white powder residue present. 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations.
- Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. EHS informed the PIC that all equipment must be clean to sight and touch.
