Observed no emergency stop button on deck for the pool. EHS informed the CPO and John of the need to have an emergency stop button for the pool.
Observed potential issue with skimmer line plumbing being crossed. EHS informed the CPO to check with the pool building company to address any potential issues with the line.

Observed no pool occupancy signage. c) A sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy. EHS informed the CPO that the number of bathers should be posted in 4 in numbering.

Observed no lifeguard signage missing wording. (b) Where no lifeguard is on duty, a sign or signs shall be placed in clear view at or near the entrance to the pool and shall state in clearly legible letters at least four inches high “WARNING - NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and RISK OF DROWNING - SUPERVISE CHILDREN CLOSELY”. EHS informed the CPO that the wording should read verbatim on the signage.
