EHS observed:
-bin of unknown powder under make table next to warewash line
Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food.

-splatter on ceiling tiles directly above salad sauce ice bin -splatter/smear on celing tile at end of main pizza line
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
PIC to incorporate further-back-from-hood ceiling tiles in replacement routine or clean.
