Routine
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
EHS observed:
-damaged microwave atop prep station at rear of kitchen -damaged drain on handwash station at rear of kitchen
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair.
PIC to replace/remove equipment. PIC has new microwave available in WIF, awaiting installation.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
EHS observed:
-opened gatorade stored by 3C -to-go cups used as employee drink cups throughout kitchen, no lid/straw
Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
PIC will create a designated area for employees' personal items.
