Unit's outside digital temperature reading states 34F; however, unable to find any products in unit below 41F or less. Per PIC, items that were held on continental breakfast bar are placed back in the pantry refrigerator after breakfast service. Per posted signage and discussion with PIC breakfast ends at 9 AM. Products above 41F are to be discarded.

Explained that during the washing process, dishes were to be washed, rinsed, sanitized and then air dried. Facility is to properly set up sink and rewash dishes.
