EHS observed eggs and yogurt in reach in cooler in main kitchen area above required 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Breakfast had just ended and cooler had been open an closed to put up items. Violation: TCS foods shall be maintained at 41 degrees or below unless being cooked, cooled, or prepared. CA: EHS observed cooler cooling down after being kept shut during inspection. Able to leave product in cooler.

EHS observed the CFSM certificate behind the coffee display. Violation: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view. CA: Ensure to post CFSM certificate where it can be seen by public.

EHS observed facility without most recent inspection report posted in public view. Violation: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. CA: Post inspection report form today 01/29/26.

EHS observed facility without permit displayed. Violation: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. CA: Post permit in public view. If a copy of permit is needed contact office and a copy can be sent.

EHS observed no handwashing sign at the hand sink in the food pantry/food prep area. Violation: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. CA: Obtain handwashing sign to place in view of hand sink in food pantry/prep area.
