Observed flow meter was not working. (b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications. EHS informed the PIC of the need for the CPO to check/replace the flow meter.

EHS is unsure is the skimmers are operating as no pull was observed in the skimmer basket. CPO is to ensure the skimmers are operating effectively.

Observed pressure gauge on the filter was not working. a) A pressure or vacuum gauge or other means of indicating system condition shall be provided in the circulation system in an easily readable location. CPO will need to change out the pressure gauge.

Observed entrance ladder with broken tread and another tread with a damaged grip. EHS informed the PIC of the need to repair the ladder.

Observed facility without the No Diving symbol at each depth marker on the pool deck. (a) The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers in subsections (3)(a) thru (h) above. EHS informed the PIC of the need to install the NO DIVING symbols at each depth marker on the pool deck.

Observed facility's need to install a drinking fountain on the pool deck that attaches to a fresh water line. EHS informed the PIC of the need to install a drinking fountain.

Observed low alkalinity levels. CPO is to balance the water chemistry.
