Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly.

CA: Advised PIC that observed linen items with stains and/or hairs are to be cleaned and changed. If stains are unable to be removed from linen they should be discarded and replaced. Emphasized the importance of housekeeping checking linens during cleaning and bed-making to minimize instances of hair being left behind
