Observed food being thawed in the kitchen hand wash sink. Was a tub turned upside down with hot water running over it. Handwash sink can only be used for hand washing, nothing else. COS Employee moved item.

Observed hand wash sink in kitchen blocked by a tray/cart of fish. Hand wash sink shall be available at all times for easy access. COS food cart moved by employee.

Observed fish being thawed (held) in the prep sink under water. Ground beef being thawed in other empty sink at prep sink, no running water, etc. Review thawing methods and locations.
