Observed Pork dish and chicken fingers above 41 degrees in Walk-In Cooler. C.A. Make sure food items are 41 degrees or below. Food items were recently received prepped or received for dilivery
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed debris (green leafy substance) in hand washing sink. C.A. Make sure hand washing sink is used only for hand washing.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed various food items (Rice, Chicken Filets, Tamales, Fish and Beef) stored uncovered in Reach-in Cooler and Walk-In Cooler. C.A. Make sure all food is covered to prevent contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Observed Walk-In Cooler with ambient temperature of 50 degrees. C.A. Make sure equipment is in working order.
