Observed no PIC with ServSafe training. CA: Make sure the PIC at any given time has a copy of their ServSafe training certificate. PIC must get ServeSafe within 14 business days.

Observed two food items in containers prepped greater than 24 hours with no prep date. C.A. Make sure all food not served within 24 hours have properly date.
