Observed two single gum sticks store in RIC on top of foods. CA: There shall be no eating or drinking in the food prep area. COS: Gum discarded

Observed bowls used as scoops in rice cooker & scoop handle in ice machine touching ice. CA: Stored scoops must have handles positioned upward
