At time of inspection, observed a container of wings at the grill uncovered (during a slow period, when wings were not actively being pulled). COS: PIC replaced the lid on the container. PIC states he will remind staff to keep the wings covered, when container is not actively in-use.

At time of inspection, observed accumulation/buildup on floors (in corners) and on coving. Clean often enough to prevent accumulation/buildup. Owner states he is in contact with a company to perform a deep clean of the facility, and that will be done soon.
