At time of inspection, sanitizer in three-compartment sink did not register (facility uses Steramine tablets and I tested with QUAT (QT-40) test strip). PIC states they were unsure if they added enough Steramine tablets. COS: PIC drained the sanitize compartment, refilled, and added more Steramine tablets this time. Sanitize solution is now at sufficient concentration. I provided some of my QT-40 test strips to PIC, until theirs can be ordered.
