At time of inspection, the free chlorine level is exceeding the maximum (registered at 12.36 ppm; FCL must be 3.00-10.00 in spas). CPO is draining some water and adding some fresh water to lower the FCL level to within range. This issue is due to the lack of a chemical feeder for the spa. CPO will order and replace the chemical feeder.
