At time of inspection, the cyanuric acid (CYA) level registered at 111 ppm (CYA must be 90 ppm or less). CPO will drain some water and add some fresh water.

At time of follow-up inspection, the emergency phone is not operational. Management contacted TDS (phone company) to come back out. CPO will notify EHS, once the phone is operational, to schedule re-inspection.

At time of inspection, emergency phone was not operational. Corrected on-site (COS): HOA rep. brought a spare phone and installed it. Phone was operational before conclusion of inspection.
