At the time of inspection, observed roaches in room 156, found dead roaches in adult and juvenile stages. Found rat droppings underneath kitchenette sink in room 116. // Advised to seal gaps to exterior/ PIC states pest control comes monthly, waiting on receipts for proof
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

In all rooms the furniture is in bad condition. Cloth chairs in all rooms are beyond repair. Dressers and end tables generally all had wear or held debris. Fridge in room 116 not working, had large water stain underneath.// Advised to throw out and replace

In all rooms, mattresses and box springs are soiled beyond repair. Mattresses checked were stained and nearly blackened. Several box springs had holes/cigarette burns along with staining. Mattress pads were also stained. It was noted on the most stained mattresses, extra mattress pads were layered on top of each other. // Advised to replace mattresses
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

At the time of inspection, observed cracking in laminate counter in room 202, a hole behind the toilet in room 212, and the tub in room 156 had mold-like growth along where the caulking had worn out. // Advised to repair bathrooms

All walls scuffed/stained. Some scuffing is so severe it may need spackling.//Advised to repair and clean

At the time of inspection, there was mold-like growth in the cabinet under the sink in the kitchenette of 156. All sink areas in the kitchenettes were in bad condition with excess moisture and buckling of the wood. // Advised to repair
