At time of inspection, there appears to be air in the system, causing the pump to intermittently lose prime. This is causing the flow to rise and fall. For this reason, the pump and filter are unable to continuously function as intended. Maintenance is attempting to bleed the air out through the filter, and will continue to troubleshoot. The CPO is scheduled to return to work next week.
