At time of inspection, observed a loose handrail. COS: Maintenance tightened the handrail.

At time of inspection, observed several areas of sunken pavers on the pool deck at the edge of the pool. PIC states they already plan to remove the pavers in the affected areas and add support underneath, to ensure a flat surface that does not present a tripping hazard.
