At time of inspection, observed nuggets under heat lamp being held at 100F without time as a control method.//Advised to either fix the timer on the heat lamp or to print out time control labels labeled for 4 hours after frying. // COS PIC threw out old nuggets then printed out labels for the new batch.

Ice machine rusted out with debris along exterior gaskets.// Advised to repair or replace.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Ceiling tiles stained near vent hood/ replace. Floor tiles cracked w/ pooled water near dish area/repair/replace.
