At time of inspection, observed a bin of flour with a scoop's handle in-contact with the food product. COS: Employee removed the scoop from the bulk bin. Scoops must be stored in a way that does not allow their handles to contact the food product.

At time of inspection, observed multiple TCS food items in two of the reach-in coolers being held at temperatures above 41 degrees F. PIC stated majority of the items have been in the coolers for around three hours; PIC moved those items to the cooler that appears to be functioning properly, all other TCS items discarded (COS). PIC states she will contact technician to service the two reach-in coolers. PIC states the coolers will not be used, until it is confirmed that they are capable of holding TCS foods at 41 degrees F or below.
