At time of inspection, the emergency phone is not functioning properly (there is no sound, but dispatcher stated she could hear). CPO will contact Property Manager to have the phone repaired/replaced. I spoke with the Property Manager and he instructed the maintenance man to lock the pool gates and post "CLOSED" signage. Pool must remain closed until the phone is fully operational AND the pool has passed re-inspection.
