Observed to go bowls in cabinet uncovered under hand sink - cos: discarded.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(h) - cleaning plumbing fixtures- handsinks, urinals & toilets (c)
Observed grayish colored residue in hand sink and along base of toilet. CA: Clean fixtures.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

observed stained and bowing ceiling tiles in front of front counter - repair / replace as necessary.
