Observed TCS foods on counter with expired time stamps holdinf above 41F including shelled eggs 53F, raw chicken 52F, and pancake batter 56F./PIC discarded all items, put out new food and relabeled items.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed on main line in main kitchen scoops of tongs and handles down in food./ PIC moved all items so handles were up.
