Observed multiple pizzas held on time without separate time stamps for each pizza.

Observed no current signed employee health policies for workers on shift.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed two spray bottles in handwash sink in rear of kitchen. PIC removed spray bottles.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Observed new fry oil and bag of clean linens stored directly on floor in dry storage. Observed liquid margarine stored on floor in walk-in cooler.
