Open containers of food in kitchen. Cover when not in use Code requires; storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination;
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed in use utensils in discolored water at grill. Observed only wash and sanitize set up next to each other with rinse compartment at end next to veg wash with veges in both sinks. CA: Keep food-contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.

Observed bug light over shelf above food prep table. CA: Move.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed scoop handles in hot rice. cos: moved to handle up. Ca: Store utensil in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed 2nd light bulb missing shielding in walk in cooler. CA: Replace missing shield.
