Observed raw Philly meat above ready to eat sauce in reach in cooler in main kitchen; raw steak beside raw hamburger & raw chicken beside raw steak in rear two door reach in cooler.

Observed sanitizer in bucket above 100 ppm; sanitizer in three-compartment sink at 0 ppm; three-compartment sink not set up in proper wash, rinse, sanitize order.
