observed in reach in cooler: raw chicken beside raw ground beef; in walk in cooler: raw bacon beside raw ground beef, raw shelled eggs beside hotdogs, raw chicken beside raw ground beef. PIC moved items to appropriate locations.

Observed dish machine with reading 0ppm on chlorine. Observed tables in dining room being wiped down with only soapy water. /Tables in dining room must be wiped down with sanitizer.
