Observed in reach in cooler: raw chicken beside vegetables & pooled eggs above sauce; in walk in cooler: raw chicken beside raw pork. PIC moved items to appropriate locations.
6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures

Observed many TCS foods stored on counter above 41F: cooked noddles 60F, cut cabbage 65F, cooked chicken 78F, prepped raw chicken- 63F. PIC discarded all items.
