Observed new dry storage area outside with wall and floors with raw wood./ Paint with a high gloss paint so that it is cleanable.

Observed grase storage area with excess grease on the ground./have pumped and clean more frequently

Observed employee drink in dry storage area./PIC moved drink to lowest shelf.
